改进课程评价方式 全面推进素质教育——从当前小学英语终结性评价方式及其影响谈起 被引量:5

摘要 十余年来我国小学英语教育取得了长足的发展,但一些地区的终结性评价环节仍存在问题:内容要求中学化、考查方式"少交际"、试题编写不科学,这给小学英语教学带来了消极的影响。要改进当前评价模式,教育行政部门是主导,教师是主体。教育行政部门要改进小升初考试方式,引导学校和教师转变观念;教师要提升自身业务素质,创新评价模式和方法,将形成性评价与终结性评价落到实处,确保小学英语教育沿着素质教育的轨道健康发展。 The recent ten years have witnessed the rapid development of English education in elementary schools in China.However, some problems in its summative assessment step still remain in some provinces , name-ly testing the course objectives of middle school curriculum , presenting items in a less communicative approach and writing invalid test items .To reduce the negative impact they have brought on English teaching and learning we have to take measures to improve the current assessment methods .This process mainly involves two factors:the ad-ministrative bodies of education and the English teachers .The former , who plays the leading role , should intro-duce policies to reform the current Middle -school Entrance Examination system and encourage teachers and schools to change their conceptions of English teaching and learning , and the latter, who carries out the assess-ments , should update their knowledge of teaching on the one hand , and improve the methods of both formative and summative assessments on the other in order to bring them into effect .
