护士长变革型领导行为与新毕业护士工作满意度的相关性 被引量:29

The correlation between new graduated nurses' job satisfaction and their perceived transformational leadership behavior of head nurses

摘要 目的调查新毕业护士感知护士长变革型领导行为及护士工作满意度的现况,分析二者之间的相关性。方法采用变革型领导风格和护理人员工作满意度量表对158名新毕业护士进行调查。结果新毕业护士感知护士长变革型领导行为得分为(4.52±0.64)分,高于工作年限>1年的护士;工作满意度得分(2.98±0.69)分,处于中等水平;变革型领导行为与护士的工作满意度呈正相关。结论护理管理者应发挥变革型领导行为的积极作用,以提升新毕业护士的工作满意度。 Objective To investigate the current status and correlation of new graduated nurses'job satisfaction and their perceived transformational leadership behavior of head nurses and analyze the relationship between them. Methods Totaliy, 158 new graduate nurses were investigated with head nurses'transformational leadership behavior questionnaire and job satisfaction scale. Results The score of new graduate nurses'cognition on transformational leadership behavior was (4.52 ± 0.64) ,located at the high level. The score of job satisfaction was (2.98 ± 0. 69 ) ,located at the middle level. Nurses' cognition on transformational leadership behavior was positively correlated with job satisfaction. Conclusion Nursing administrators should express positive effect of transformational leadership behavior to improve job satisfaction of new graduate nurses.
