摘要
目的探讨护士长综合绩效考核在护理质量管理中的作用。方法根据关键绩效指标法和目标管理法,结合医院实际制订护士长综合绩效考核方案,即月岗位绩效考核(包括月基础绩效和月管理绩效)、季度质量绩效考核、年度综合目标绩效考核,将3项考核得分以各自权重系数进入护士长年度考核总分。结果护士长年度考核优良率达73.33%。护理质量指标和护理满意度提高(P<0.05),护理差错和投诉率下降(P<0.01)。结论护士长综合绩效考核能充分发挥护士长的主观能动性,增强护士长管理意识和管理效能,有利于提高医院护理管理水平。
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive performance appraisal of head nurses in nursing quality management. Methods According to key performance index (KPI) and management by objectives (MBO) , the head nurse comprehensive performance appraisal scheme, namely the month job performance appraisal including monthly basis performance and management performance appraisal, quarterly performance appraisal, annual comprehensive perform- ance target of quality assessment was formulated. The total score of three item assessment based on the weight coefficient was calculated and used as the annual assessment of head nurse combined with the practice in the hospital. Results The annual examination rate of head nurses was 73.33%. The nursing quality in- dex and patient satisfaction both improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the rate of nursing error and patient complain decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The comprehensive performance assessment of head nurses can express the subjective initiative, strengthen the management consciousness and efficiency of head nurses, which is beneficial to improve the level of hospital nursing management.
