南京地区综合ICU护理人力资源现状调查分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的通过对南京地区三级甲等医院综合ICU护理人力资源状况、专业核心能力的调查,了解南京ICU护士结构,为确定南京ICU护理队伍建设措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和ICU护士专业核心能力评价表,于2013年12月对南京7所三级甲等医院综合ICU的476名护士进行调查。结果南京三级甲等医院的综合ICU床护比为1:2.48,30岁以下的护士占74.37%,97.69%的护士为大专及以上学历,91.18%的护士ICU工作时间在10年以下。36.76%的护士已经接受市级及以上的专科护士培训,其中有11.76%的护士已经获得了省级专科护士证书,综合ICU专业护士核心能力67.44%为3~5分的中间力量,预示南京ICU已经初步具备护士分层次使用的条件。结论南京三级甲等医院的综合性1CU护士接受高等教育比例高,但年轻、工龄短、职称偏低,提示ICU护理管理者应重视ICU人力资源结构现状,关注护士间的能力差距,合理分层分级,有效使用护理人力资源。 Objective To investigate the current situation of nursing human resource and specialized skills at ICU of Third Grade Class A Hospital in Nanjing,to understand the structure of nurses at ICU in Nanjing, so as to provide evidence for strengthening nursing team construction at ICU in Nanjing. Methods Totally,476 nurses from 7 Third Grade Class A hospitals were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire and ICU nursing core competeneies evaluation form in December,2013. Results The ratio between bed and nurses at ICU from 7 Third Grade Class A hospitals was 1 : 2.48,97.69% of them got associate degree or above,91.18% of them worked at ICU for less than 10 yeats,74.37% of them under age 30, more than 36.76% of nurses got municipal level or above specialized knowledge training and 11.76% of them got province - above nurse certificate, the scores of 67.44% nurses was 3 to 5,it showed that ICU has the ability of preliminarily using the gradeduty nursing pattern. Conclnsion The nurses received higher education at ICU of Third Grade Class A Hospital have higher pro- portion, but they are young, the length of service is short and the professional title is low. The nursing administrators of ICU should focus on the current situation of nursing human resource and pay attention to the capability gap of nurses, so as to reasonable stratified nursers. Effective use of nursing human resource.
