摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学在降低低年资护士发生不良事件中的应用效果。方法组建教学培训考核小组,制做教学资料脚本,在低年资护士中实施情景模拟教学及考核。结果低年资护士的理论知识、操作技能、实践能力均提高(P<0.01),不良事件发生率下降(P<0.05)。结论采用以往不良事件为题材的情景模拟教学,能提高低年资护士的综合能力,从而降低低年资护士不良事件的发生率。 Objective To explore the application of situational simulation teaching with previous adverse events in reducing adverse events in junior nurses. Methods The teaching and assessment team was organized, the script of situational simulation teaching was made. The junior nurses received situational simulation teaching and assessment. Results The theoretic level, manipulative skills and practical abilities of junior nurses were improved ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , the rate of adverse events in nursing was reduced simultaneously ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching with previous adverse e- vents can improve the abilities of junior nurses and reduce the risk of adverse events.
