随着当今经济与信息技术的发展，小区物业以传统人工方式管理已经不能适应其发展。该文按照软件工程的思想，从需求分析、功能模块设计、数据库设计以及系统的详细设计与实现来开发完成基于SSH框架的小区物业管理系统，该系统已在某几个小区试运行。
