高职院校人事管理信息系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of Personnel Management Information System in Higher Vocational College

随着高职院校办学规模的不断扩大，致使校内员工的信息日益庞大，人事管理的复杂程度也随之增加，因此，为高校量身定制有效的人事管理信息系统显得尤为重要。结合科研课题，在经过对高校人事管理流程和人事信息结构的需求分析后，该文提出了一套利用jdva开源框架——spring＋Hibernate＋struts构建的基于MVC模式的管理信息系统方案，从需求分析、系统设计以及系统实现等方面进行阐述，并提出了系统展望。

With the expansion of the scale of higher vocational colleges, the information of employees becomes very large, so that the complexity of the personnel management is also increased. Therefore, the customized effective personnel management informa- tion system for vocational colleges is particularly important. Based on the scientific research project, after the demand analysis to personnel management process and personnel information structure in university, this paper presents a design of management in- formation system based on MVC, which uses the open-source Java framework-Spring ＋ Hibernate ＋ Struts to build, it describes the requirement analysis, system design and system implementation, and put forward a system perspective.
