摘要
信息技术的产生与发展，起源于企业创新的推动，同时信息技术的每一步发展也推动着企业技术的创新与产业的升级，网络经济在效率、收益、智能方面表现出来的优势正是企业创新与产业升级所表现出来的新特点。这篇文章先对信息技术推动企业技术创新与产业升级的过程进行深入分析，之后从信息技术的特性出发，对信息技术推动企业技术创新与产业升级作出恰当的解释，并提出信息技术推动企业技术创新与产业升级方面的一些合理化建议。
