摘要
在盾构隧道运营过程中,隧道侧部出现的侧压力卸载会对隧道结构的变形产生影响,进而影响到地铁盾构隧道的正常运营。为解决此问题,必须对卸载工况下的盾构隧道的极限承载能力及管片结构的受力状况进行研究。研究的首选方法是足尺试验。对卸载工况下盾构隧道结构承载能力进行了足尺试验,记录了试验现象及相关破坏形式,并分析得到了盾构隧道结构在卸载工况下的受力机理及关键性能点。
In shield tunneling, loads often decrease at sideways which will cause large abnormal deformation and influence the normal operation of shield tunnel. In order to solve the problem, the ultimate bearing capacity of the tunnel and the stress state of the segment structure in unloading conditions must be studied and a full - scale test is done for the carrying capability if the tunnel structure. In the article, this testing method is described, the testing process and the results are recorded. The stress mechanism and the key points in the tunnel structure are analyzed.
