摘要
上海市轨道交通2号线徐泾东站,其地下为既有地铁终点站和区间隧道,地上为新建中国博览会会展综合体工程(简称为"国展")。国展施工建设前,需先调整徐泾东站旅客进出站流程,改造地铁出入口等设施,为国展施工腾出场地和空间;建成后,部分地铁出入口、逃生通道和通风井位于国展建筑内,形成一个整体。在对地铁出入口改造时,需保障轨道交通正常运营和车站客流组织工作的正常进行。按照投资和实施界面,对位于国展内的地铁车站进行新建和改建时,地下部分属地铁运营单位,地上部分属国展,因此对施工管理提出了较高要求。通过对施工特点及难点的分析,确立关键施工线路,较好地配合了国展建设。此项工作对同类地铁车站改造工程具有借鉴意义。
East Xujing Station on Shanghai metro Line 2 is the terminal of the line and a running tunnel, above which stands China Expo Exhibition Complex (CEEC). Before the construction of CEEC, the passenger flow path of the metro station must be adjusted and the entrances be reconstructed to leave room for CEEC. After the completion, some metro entrances, the evacuation passages and air shafts will be located inside CEEC as a whole body. In the reconstruction of metro entrances,the daily metro operation and the passengers organiza- tion must be assured. According to the investment and construction interface, during the construction and reconstruction of the underground metro station, which partly belong to the metro operation departments and partly to CEEC. So, higher level of construction management is demanded. By analyzing the features and difficulties in the construction, a homogeneous station reconstruction scheme is defined which properly coordinated the construction of CEEC,which provides a good reference for similar projects.
