摘要
相对传统旋转电机,直线电机实际应用较少,但后续发展前景广阔。直线电机车辆无论是爬坡性能,还是小半径曲线的过弯能力等方面,都具有不可替代的优势。介绍了目前广州地铁5号线列车正线气隙监测系统的实际应用情况。通过对电机监测波形的剖析,详细阐述了电机故障与监测波形的关系,同时引申后续直线电机监测技术的发展方向。
Compared to the traditional rotating electric machinery, though not widcrly used, the linear motor has a vast development prospect. Because in both climbing capacity and small radius passing ability,linear motor has the irreplaceable advantages. In this paper,the practical application of air gap monitoring system on Guangzhou metro Line 5 trains is briefly introduced. Through an analysis of the air gap monitoring wavcform, the relationship between motor failure and monitoring waveforras are explained in details. Meanwhile.the future development of linear motor air gap monitoring technology is prodicted.
