关于高校图书馆岗位轮换的应用及有效掌控

摘要 高校图书馆岗位轮换其目的是改变岗位固定弊端,激发员工与部门活力,通过培训新馆员,培养管理干部等形式来提升队伍的整体素质。高校图书馆在通过有效掌控实施过程,减少轮换阻力,遵循科学性原则下,使岗位轮换工作顺利实施。
