摘要
针对1 000MW超超临界机组在部分负荷运行时经济性下降的问题,介绍了一种可以提高部分负荷运行经济性的0号高压加热器技术,并从其工作原理出发,对其在高效1 000MW超超临界机组上应用的经济性进行详细的计算及分析。结果表明:通过采用该项技术后在部分负荷下可使机组热耗降低约30kJ/(kW·h),经济效果明显。
As to the problem that the efficiency of thermal cycle becomes low when thermal power unit works at partial loads, a technology named No. 0 high-pressure heater which can improve the economy of the unit with partial loads is introduced. Based on the working principle of No. 0 high-pressure heater, detail calculation and analysis were conducted to the economy of a 1 000 MW high-performance ultra supercritical power unit with installation of No. 0 high-pressure heater. Results show that after application of this technology, the unit heat consumption has been reduced by 30 kJ/(kW.h), with obvious economic benefits.
