摘要
针对SCR脱硝装置必须全天候运行以满足NOx排放质量浓度要求的问题,分析了提高SCR脱硝装置负荷适应性的可行性技术方案并进行了简单对比。重点阐述了不降低锅炉效率的省煤器分级改造和布置方案及实施,为运行机组的技术改造和新建机组设计阶段提供借鉴和参考。
In light of the problem that the SCR denitrification system had to operate in all-weather conditions to meet the NOx emission requirement, feasible technical schemes to improve the system's load adaptability were proposed and compared, with focus on the scheme of staged economizer retrofit and the application, which may serve as a reference for the retrofit of in-service units and the design of newly-built units.
