摘要
针对感应电机直接转矩控制(DTC)系统启动电流过大的问题。提出一种将直流预励磁措施应用于DTC中的方法,即在零电压矢量和某一固定有效电压矢量之间进行切换,当电流超过设定值时就切换到零电压矢量。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能有效减小启动电流,增大启动转矩,改善了DTC的性能。
In order to solve the problem of high starting current of direct torque control (DTC) systems for induction motors, this paper proposes applying the DC pre-excitation technology to DTC, which means a switch between a zero voltage vector and a fixed active vector. When the current exceeds the set value the system will be switched to the zero voltage vector. Simulation and experimental results show that the new DTC strategy effectively re- duces the startup current, increases the startup torque, and improves the performance of the DTC.
