摘要
目前,图书馆对于更名期刊的著录方式为既在新刊记录中嵌入43-字段,又在旧刊记录中嵌入44-字段,这种对新旧期刊记录做双向连接的做法是对手工编目的沿袭。为充分发挥4--字段的记录连接作用,图书馆仅需在新刊记录中嵌入43-字段做单向连接即可。
At present, the cataloging method of renamed periodicals by the library is both embedding 43- field in the new periodical record and embedding 44- field in the old periodical record, the method of doing two-way connection between the new periodical record and the old periodical record is followed to the manual cataloging. To make full use of the record connection function of 4--field, the library only needs to do one-way connection that embedded 43- field in the new periodical record.
