IFLA Libraries E-Lending Principles in the Digital Time

随着电子图书日益增多,出版商和其他数字内容提供者开始改变其营销策略,更多地采用许可授权模式取代直接销售,由此对图书馆电子借阅服务产生了很大的影响。考察国外电子借阅的相关文献,对近年来国外电子书和数字版权的发展状况进行介绍,并阐述了国际图联的知识产权立场,认为提供电子书借阅是图书馆的正当权利;通过阐述IFLA图书馆电子借阅原则,为我国图书馆在数字时代更好地开展电子借阅服务提供借鉴。

With the increasing number of E-books, publishers and other digital contents providers have started to change their marketing strategy and more often adopted license authorization in place of direct selling, which has exerted great impact on the E-lending services of libraries. This article cites a large amount of relevant literature of E-Lending in effort to introduce the developments of E-books and digital copyright abroad in recent years. Meanwhile, the article gives a explanation to the IFLA’s position on intellectual property rights, based on which that libraries’ offering of E-lending service is their legitimate right; concluded with some principles of IFLA Libraries E-Lending.Such principles also provide references to libraries better conduct e-lending services in the Digital Time.
