济宁市主要农产品中重金属监测分析与对策

Monitoring Analysis of Heavy Metals in Main Agricultural Products in Jining City and Related Countermeasures

以济宁地区主要农产品为研究对象,分析了农产品中Pb、Cd、Hg、As等重金属的污染情况并进行了评价,检测结果表明,济宁地区主要农产品中Pb、Cd、Hg、As重金属含量平均值均未超标;影响济宁地区农产品质量安全的重金属主要为Pb、As;受重金属污染的主要为大米、叶菜类蔬菜、根茎类蔬菜。

We took the main agricultural products in Jining area as research objects, and analyzed and evaluated the pollution situation of heavy metals such as Pb, Hg, Cd, As in the agricultural products in Jinning. The results showed that, the average contents of Pb, Hg, Cd, As were not exceed the standard limit value in the main agricultural products of Jining area. Pb and As had the main influence on quality and safety of Jining agricultural products. Rice, leafy vegetables and rhizome vegetables were polluted by heavy metals in Jinning.
