摘要 针对传统LED恒流驱动器功能的单一性缺点,设计了一种带RS-485总线通信接口的LED可调光驱动器。以SN8P2511单片机作为LED控制器、PT4207作为LED驱动芯片、MAX485作为通信芯片,构成系统的硬件平台,并在此基础上完成系统的软件开发。LED驱动器及控制器的一体化设计,实现了LED的PWM调光、LED的组网及智能控制。该驱动器具有体积小、成本低、功耗小、可靠性高及安装维护方便等优点,具有很好的应用前景。 : Aiming at the disadvantage of traditional constant current LED driver, i.e. the functional unitary, the dimmable LED driver with RS-485 bus communication interface has been designed. The hardware platform of the system is composed of SN8P2511 single chip computer as the LED controller, PT420 as the LED driving chip and MAX485 as communication chip; and the software development is accomplished on this basis. The PWM dimming of LED, the networking of LED and the intelligent controller are implemented by the integrated design of LED driver and controller. The system features compact, low cost, low power consumption and high reliability as well as ease installation and maintenance, it possesses good application prospects.
