摘要 目前天然气管道分布范围广泛,针对常见的瓦斯检测仪精度低、可靠性差、功能较单一以及不便于集群控制等不足,设计了一种基于RS-485总线的瓦斯浓度检测仪。以Atxmega32a4处理器为核心,基于RS-485总线对天然气管道不同位置进行瓦斯浓度检测,将浓度信息及时上传到上位机,便于及时发现瓦斯微量泄漏点的位置。对于每个独立的检测仪,都可以通过红外遥控器进行复杂环境中的零点校准、增益校准、设备地址编码、操作密码设定、高低限报警阈值设定等功能。试验表明,该燃气瓦斯浓度检测仪具有测量精度高、稳定性好、功耗低、安全性好、操作方便等优点,具有很高的推广价值。 At present, the natural gas pipelines are distributed widely, while the commonly used gas detectors features shortages, e.g. , low accuracy, poor reliability, unitary function, and not easy to cluster control, etc. , thus the gas concentration detector based on RS-485 bus has been designed. With Atxmega32a4 as the core, the gas concentration at different location of the natural gas pipeline are detected based on RS- 485 bus, and the concentration information is uploaded timely to host computer, the location where micro leakage of gas occurs can be found on time. For each standalone detector, the functions of zero point calibration, device address encoding, operation password setup, high/low alarm threshold setting can be conducted under complex environment through infrared remote controller. Experiments show that the gas concentration detector possesses many advantages, including high accuracy, good stability, low power consumption, good security, easy to operate ; therefore it provides good promotional value.
