水性聚氨酯复膜胶的制备与表征

摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚酯二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,采用自乳化法合成了水性聚氨酯复膜胶。研究了OH/NCO值对水性聚氨酯复膜胶的粒径、黏度、涂膜力学性能的影响以及聚酯多元醇的种类对水性聚氨酯复膜胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,水分散前的聚氨酯复膜胶液中无NCO基团存在;复膜胶乳液的粒径随OH/NCO值的增大变小,黏度变大,胶膜的断裂伸长率变大、拉伸强度变小;聚酯多元醇的种类对胶膜的力学性能也有影响。 By self-emulsification method, the water-borne polyurethane laminating adhesive was synthesized with toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyester glycol and dihydroxymethyl propionic acid (DMPA) as the main raw materials. The effect of OH/NCO value on the particle size and viscosity of the waterborne polyurethane laminating adhesive and the mechanical properties of coating film were investigated. The effect of polyester polyols type on the mechanical behavior of film for the water-borne polyurethane laminating adhesive was also discussed. The results show that the NCO groups do not exist in the adhesive before dispersing with water; the particle size of water-brone polyurethane laminating adhesive emulsion decreases with increasing the ratio of OH and NCO grouops, but its viscosity increases, the elongation at break and tensile strength of the film become larger and smaller, respectively. The different polyester polyols also have the effect on the mechanical properties of water-based polyurethane film.
