摘要
环氧树脂结构胶存在剪切强度高、剥离强度不理想问题,影响了它的应用。本文采用端羧基改性环氧树脂和在环氧树脂添加核壳树脂的方法分别研制成功,T型剥离强度大于150N/25 mm、剪切强度大于25 MPa和T型剥离强度大于300 N/25 mm、剪切强度大于50 MPa的高剥离强度环氧胶粘剂,并已在汽车制造业中应用。
The most common structural adhesives, especially epoxy resin adhesives, have high shear strength, but their low peel strength has affected application. In this paper using the carboxyl terminated NBR modified epoxy resin and adding the core-shell resin successfully developed two high peel strength epoxy adhesives with T-peel strength over 150 N/25 man, shear strength over 25 MPa and T-peel strength over 300 N/25 mm, shear strength over 50 MPa. The products have used in the automotive manufacturing.
