计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)是在理性行为理论的基础上发展与延伸出来的一种社会认知理论。近来该理论广受社会行为研究者的青睐,已成功的在多个行为领域中应用。本文主要介绍计划行为理论的起源与发展、主要内容以及医学中的应用现状,并分析其应用前景。

The theory of planned behavior （TPB） is one kind of social cognitive theory that develops on the basis of the theory of reasoned action. Recently, TPB is popular with social behavior researchers, and it has been applied to many fields successfully. This paper mainly introduces the theory of planned behavior＇ s origin, development, main contents and the current application condition in medicine, and analyzes its application prospect.
