摘要
提出一种新型的零电压零电流谐振极型软开关逆变器,可在主功率器件开通和关断时,同时实现零电压和零电流,因此对于内部电容不能忽略的器件,减小了其容性开通损耗,当IGBT作为主功率器件时,亦减小了其拖尾电流引起的损耗,主功率器件真正实现了无损耗换相。此外,续流二极管的反向恢复损耗被降低到最小,辅助开关也实现了零电流开关。对其工作原理进行了分析,给出了不同工作模式下的等效电路图。制作了一台1 kW的实验样机,实验结果验证了该软开关逆变器的有效性。
A novel zero-voltage zero-current resonant pole soft-switching inverter is proposed to achieve zero-voltage and zero-current simultaneously,during main power devices turn-on and turn-off.Therefore,turn-on capacitive losses can be reduced for devices for which the intrinsic capacitor value cannot be neglected.Additionally losses caused by the tail current can also be reduced, when IGBTs are used as main switches.The commutations of the main power de- vices occur truly without losses.Furthermore,reverse recovery losses of main diodes are minimized,and auxiliary switches commutate at zero current.The equivalent circuits at different operation modes and the analysis of the circuit are presented.A 1 kW laboratory prototype is built and the experimental results are proposed to confirm the validity of the soft-switching inverter.
