摘要
在详细分析了基于多个功率开关直接并联的LC并联准谐振电磁炉3种工作模式基础上,讨论了功率开关易击穿损坏的原因。探讨了影响电磁炉输出功率的关键因素,提出了采用脉宽调制(PWM)、脉冲频率调制(PFM)和脉冲密度调制(PDM)相结合的混合调制方法,从而使得电磁炉能输出更宽的功率范围,满足各种食物烹饪的需求。研制了额定功率4.5 kW的实验样机,通过实验证明该电磁炉具有控制简单、效率高等优点。
Three working modes of LC parallel-connected quasi-resonant induction cooker with a few parallel-connect- ed power devices are analyzed,and the breakdown reasons for the power device are discussed.The key factors aff- ecting output power of the induction cooker are studied.The hybrid modulation method including pulse width modul- afion(PWM), pulse frequency modulation (PFM) and pulse density modulation(PDM) is discussed, so that the cooker is capable of obtaining a wider power range to meet the demand of a variety of food cooking.A prototype with rated po-wer 4.5 kW is developed, the experiments prove that the cooker has advantages of simple control and high efficiency.
