摘要
分析国内外科技资源共享法规现状,解读及研究《广东省自主创新促进条例》在科技基础条件平台建设方面的规定,根据科技资源共享方面出现的问题,提出科技资源共享的制度体系建议方案,有利于解决科技资源条块分割、重复建设、利用效率低下状况等问题。
The paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign science and technology resources sharing regula- tions, interprets and researches the provisions of ＂Ordinance of Promoting Independent Innovation of Guangdong＂ related to the construction of the platform of science and technology. According to the problems of science and technology resources sharing, the system schemes of science and technology resources sharing were proposed in order to solve problems such as conditions of fragmentation, duplication and inefficient use.
