Analysis on the Development Achievements and Challenges of Marine Economy of Zhejiang Province Based on the Comparison of the Data of Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province

通过对比2006—2012年浙鲁海洋经济及主要海洋产业发展情况,分析浙江海洋经济发展取得的成就和面临的挑战。从总量规模和发展趋势两方面归纳浙江主要海洋产业发展特点,提出浙江应保持海洋捕捞、滨海旅游和海洋化工等产业的良好发展态势,进一步提高优势产业的发展质量,有效缩小落后产业的差距;学习借鉴山东经验,扭转海洋矿业、船舶制造等优势产业的下降趋势;认清海水养殖、海洋盐业等产业落后的原因,注重资源合理开发等政策建议。

The paper analyzes the development achievements and challenges of marine economy of Zhejiang province by comparing the development of Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province at marine economy and major marine industries in 2006 -2012, and summarizes its characteristics from the two aspects of total scale and development trend. This paper puts forward suggestions ： Zhejiang Province should keep the good development trend of major marine industries, such as marine fishing, coastal tourism and marine chemical; Zhejiang Province should improve the development quality of advantage in- dustry furthermore and narrow the gap of backward industries ; In order to change the downward trend of advantage industry, such as ocean mining and ship building, Zhejiang Province should learn the experience of Shandong Province. Zhejiang Province should find out the reasons why marine industries are lagging behind in order to work out rational exploitation on the resources.
