摘要
在文献研究的基础上构建战略转型过程机理模型并分析模型中各要素间相互关系。研究显示:转型动因驱动力通过对战略转型过程的传导影响对转型产生驱动性作用;转型环境洞察力通过对企业面临机遇、挑战和政策环境的识别形成转型方向和时机;转型变革领导力来自转型团队的洞察力、决策力、推动力和整合力,通过转型过程活动对战略转型产生影响。最后,通过对案例企业战略转型过程的深入分析,验证和完善战略转型过程机制模型。
This article constructed a strategic transformation process mechanism model based on a deep investigation on the complicate process of China Telecom' s strategic transformation and its influencing factors by conducting a case study method, and then demonstrated the inter - relation and functions of its elements. The study shows that the motivation driv- ing force, the environmental detection ability, transformational leadership, the transition planning and design, transition implementation, transition control and the relationship between each other are the main factors that influence the strategic transformation. The motivation driving force through the transition planning and design, transformation initiatives to develop and implement transition conduction influence on strategic transformation generates the driving role. The environmental de- tection ability is a mechanism that perception changes business environment through the transition preparation, transforma- tion implementation transduction integration of strategic transformation to produce a key role. Transformation leadership is viewed as emanating from insight, decision making, driving force, and integration of transition team has an impact on the transition process through strategic transformation activities.
