基于小世界网络的技术联盟成员合作关系研究——以浙江省某海洋产业技术创新联盟为例

Research on the Cooperation Relationship of the Members of the Technology Alliance Based on the Small-world Network—A Case of the Marine Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance of Zhejiang Province

产业技术创新联盟网络内主体间的合作关系是提高该联盟运行效率的关键。由于联盟网络属于小世界网络,利用网络分析方法来研究其成员间的合作关系,将联盟成员对其间的合作紧密程度和愉悦程度作为网络节点之间边的权重,并根据合作紧密度提炼出联盟网络内的凝聚子网进行重点分析。结果发现,联盟网络的整体结构不够紧密,但凝聚子网的合作紧密程度却非常高,愉悦程度也高于整体网络。因此,认为组建技术联盟不可一味的追求规模,而要提高凝聚子网的规模。

The relationship of the members in the industrial technology innovation alliance is the key point of the improve- ment of the operational efficiency for the alliance. In this paper the cooperation relationship between the members in the al- liance is studied by using the network analysis method because the alliance network belongs to small -world network. The degrees of tightness and pleasure are used as the weights of the edges between the nodes. The cohesion sub - network divid- ed from the whole network is focused on. The result is that the structure of the whole alliance network is not tight enough while the one of the cohesion sub - network is very tight and the pleasure degree of the cohesion sub - network is also very high. So it is important to increase the scale of the cohesion sub - network rather than that of the whole scale.
