摘要
从压力分类视角探讨了挑战性-阻断性压力对员工创造力的影响以及主管支持感的调节作用。实证分析结果表明,挑战性压力与员工创造力正相关,阻断性压力与员工创造力负相关。高挑战性压力-低阻断性压力的组合形式对创造力的影响效果最好,高挑战性压力-高阻断性压力的组合形式对创造力的影响效果最差。主管支持感对挑战性压力与员工创造力的关系具有正向调节作用。
It explores the influence of challenge - hindrance stressors on employees' creativity, and the moderating effect of perceived supervisor support (PPS) from classification perspective. The empirical research results show that challenge stressors have a positive effect on creativity; hindrance stressors have a negative influence on creativity. The combination of high challenge stressors - low hindrance stressors have the best effect on creativity, and the combination of high challenge stressors -high hindrance stressors have the worst effect on creativity. PPS has a positive moderating effect on the relation- ship between challenge stressors and creativity.
