摘要
【目的】优化产朊假丝酵母10 L罐发酵条件,提高产朊假丝酵母发酵产率。【方法】在10 L发酵罐中研究溶氧量和p H控制方式对产朊假丝酵母分批发酵的影响。【结果】当装液量为7 L且通气量控制在8 L/min、搅拌转速达到300 r/min即可满足产朊假丝酵母生长对溶氧的需求。通过流加碱的方式控制发酵p H环境,结果显示,流加氨水控制p H在5.5时最佳。【结论】通过优化发酵溶氧量和p H,产朊假丝酵母干重产量提高了54%,优化成效明显。
【Objective】To optimize the high-density culture growth methods of Candida utilis,in order to improve the production of it. 【Method】This experiment is designed to analyze the effects of different dissolved oxygen and p H on the batch fermentation of Candida utilis.【Result】The results showed that when the liquid volume was 7 L and a 8 L/min air flow rate,and the agitation rate was more than 300 r/min,the cell growth would be enhanced significantly. The optimal control p H was 5. 5. 【Conclusion】By optimizing the fermentation amount of dissolved oxygen and p H,Candida utilis was improved by 54%,achieving remarkable result and could be generalized to promote production.
