土地利用结构与社会经济结构变化的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of the Changes of Land Use and Socioeconomic Structures

【目的】从宏观角度研究新疆土地利用结构与社会经济结构之间的相关关系。【方法】采用二元相关分析方法,对2012年新疆的土地利用结构与社会经济结构进行相关性分析。【结果】耕地比重与人口密度和经济密度呈正比;建设用地比重与人口密度和经济密度呈正比,与第一产业在GDP中的比重成反比;园地比重与人口密度呈正比。牧草地比重与人均粮食产量呈正比。【结论】土地利用结构变化与社会经济结构变化之间存在一种必然的逻辑关系,利用这种相关关系有助于加强土地在宏观调控中的作用。

[Objective] To research the correlation between the land use structure and its xocial economic structure in Xinjiang from a macroscopic perspective. [ Method] Adopting two -variable correlation methods, this paper analyzed the correlation between the land use and its social economical structures in Xinjiang in 2012. [ Result] The land proportion varied directly with the population density and the economic density. The proportion of construction land varied directly with the population density and the economic density and in- versely with the proportion of tertiary industries in gross domestic production. The proportion of garden plot varied directly with population density. The proportion of pasture varied directly with the grain output per cap- ital. [ Conclusion ] There was a natural logical relation between the transition of land use structure and the transition of social economical structure, which could be used to enhance the effect of land in the macro - ad- justment and control.
