光对聚合物太阳电池的影响

摘要 以聚合物有机太阳电池作为研究对象,研究光照对有机太阳能器件性能的影响。发现在连续光照的情况下,器件的各项性能都发生变化。有机薄膜经过热处理后,增加了光的透过率,有机活性层经过140℃热处理,该器件的光电转化效率最大。 The effect of light on performance of organic solar device was studied by using organic solar cell as study object. The results show that the performances of the device change in the case of continuous illumination. The transmittance increases after the organic film was annealed; the value of photoelectric conversion efficiency is maximum after the organic active layer was annealed at 140 ℃.
