摘要 为了客观评价高速公路运营安全,本文从影响高速公路运营安全的固定基础设施、运营中的交通特征、阶段运营后事故特征三个方面进行综合分析,构建了由表征道路交通设施特征、交通流运行特征和事故特征8个评价指标组成的多指标综合评价指标体系;在此基础上为各评价指标量化提供了相应的计算公式或评价打分依据,并初步提出各评价指标相应的评价阈值。为消除评价中的随机误差用集值统计模型法确定各评价指标的权重,利用功效系数法对各评价指标进行无量纲化处理,并建立了标准化后的评价值域。案例分析结果表明基于多指标的高速公路运营安全综合评价算法可以较好地进行量化对比和评价。 To make an objective evaluation of the expressway operation safety, the paper analyzed the facilities of traffic, traflqc flow and accident characteristics, established the multi-index evaluation system which is composed of 8 indicators about expressway traffic facilities, traffic flow and accident characteristics. On the basis of that, it proposed calculate formula or scoring basis of indicators, also the evaluation threshold of Indicators were set up. To eliminate random error during then it handed dimensionless the evaluation, it valued the weight of indicators by the set-value statistics model, indicators with efficiency coefficient method and set up the evaluation threshold after standardization. The case analysis shows that the algorithm based on multi-index evaluation system can be used for comparison and analysis of expressway operation safety in reason.
