舒郁合剂对肝郁脾虚型抑郁症患者血清五羟色胺影响的研究

Effects of Shuyu Mixture on the Serum Level of Serotonin( 5-HT) in the Depressed Patient caused by Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

目的:观察舒郁合剂对抑郁症肝郁脾虚型患者血清五羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响。方法:将100例抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组服用舒郁合剂,对照组服用盐酸氟西汀胶囊,对两组患者治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定、血清5-HT含量变化进行比较。结果:治疗8周后两组患者血清5-HT含量较治疗前均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组5-HT含量略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒郁合剂能够提高抑郁症患者血清5-HT的含量。

Objective： To observe the effects of Shuyu Mixture on the serum level of serotonin（ 5-HT） in depressed patient with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods： 100 patients suffered from depression were divided into two groups randomly; 50 patients in treatment group were given Shuyu Mixture,the other 50 patients in control group were given fluoxetine hydrochloride. The serum level of serotonin（ 5-HT） was determined and the Hamilton depression scale（ HAMD） was used to compare the depression level. Results：After eight weeks of treatment,the serum level of serotonin（ 5-HT） of patients in both groups increased with statistical significance. After treatment,the serum level of serotonin（ 5-HT） in the treatment group was slightly higher than the patients in control group,but the difference has no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shuyu mixture can increase the serotine（ 5-HT） level to a similar extent as fluoxetine hydrochloride after8 weeks of treatment.
