摘要 提出一种基于电流型有源模拟电阻器的多功能电阻测试仪校准系统。引用直流比较仪大电流测量技术和精密仿真电阻技术,并以32位微处理器为核心,采用精密电阻,信号调理器,DA乘法器等高线性度元件模拟大功率电阻器。具有线性度好、精度高、成本低、操作智能化等优点。广泛应用于回路电阻测试仪、直阻仪、接地导通直流电阻仪等的检定。 A multifunction resistance tester calibration which based on current-mode active analog resistor was proposed in the paper. The calibration references technology of large current measurement based on DC comparator and precision simulation resistance technique,With 32 bit microcontroller as the core,DC comparator,precision resistor,conditioner,DA amplifiers and other high linearity components were used in the calibration to analog resistors. The calibration has the characteristics of high linearity,high precision,low cost,smart operation and so on. The calibration was widely used in verification of loop resistance tester,DC resistance tester,grounding conduction DC resistance tester.
