摘要
该文设计了一套电熨斗蒸汽发生器自动控制和检测系统。每台蒸汽发生器本体配有一块基于PIC单片机16F1823的控制采集板。一方面根据检测状态对蒸汽发生器自动控制,另一方面通过Wi Fi模块与上位机数据通讯,上位机设定熨烫蒸汽温度并显示各台机器工作状态。实现多台蒸汽发生器的集中监控,提高了生产效率、质量和生产安全性。
A wireless monitor and control system of irons steam generator was designed in this paper. Every irons steam generator has a control and sample board based on the MCU PIC16F1823. On one hand,this control board check the state of the water level and pressure then control the machine on the other hand through the Wi Fi module,irons steam generator can communicate with PC. The steam pressure and the work state of the irons steam generator were set and displayed on the PC. This system implement centralized control and monitor of multiple several irons steam generator. It improve production efficiency,quality and security of the produce.
