摘要
蓄热式加热炉相比其他加热炉,能充分利用烟气余热,有效提高能源利用率。该文在充分研究蓄热式加热炉及配套的点火控制器工作原理的基础上,设计出了符合生产需求的基于RS485网络的多点点火控制系统,控制单片机采用C8051F020,通讯机制采用TDMA,配合温度检测和煤气阀门控制电路,组成了一套成本低、结构简单、易于维护并且安全稳定的点火控制系统。
Compared to other furnaces,an significant advantage of regenerative heating furnace can fully use the residual heat,as the result of improving the energy efficiency. Based on the operating principle of regenerative furnace and ignition controller,this paper introduces the knowledge of the multiple-ignition control system,which was designed based on RS485 network.The new designed multiple-ignition control systems consists a micro-con troller C8051F020,using TDMA communication mechanism,and a temperature measurement and gas value control circuit. It reduces the cost,and enhances the stability. Moreover,it was easy to maintain.
