一种适用于钢管厂的自动称重及重量分摊系统

Design of Automatic Weighing and Allocation System for Pipe Mill

针对钢管厂销售管理的特殊需求,文中提出了一种适用于钢管厂的自动称重及重量分摊系统。该系统包括现场称重设备、现场监控设备、监控主机、客户端电脑、数据库服务器、钢管称重管理软件,系统将无人值守称重、重量分摊、客户分摊等功能进行整合,实现了钢管厂自动称重与销售分摊结算的一体化。该系统经现场使用,界面友好、操作方便、极大地节约了人力,提高了钢管厂销售经营效率。

To satisfy the special requirement of the steel pipe sales management,an automatic weighing and allocation system for pipe mill was proposed in this paper.This system consists of a field weighting equipment,a field monitor equipment,a monitor host,a client computer,a database server,and a steel pipe weighing management software.This system realized the integration of automatic weighing and sales sharing by integrating the functions of unattended weighing,weight allocation and customer-sharing. The system has been field use,this system shows the features of friendly interface and convenient operation,which extremely saves human sources and increases the sales management efficiency in pipe mill.
