摘要
在油门性能测试过程中,需要对系统输出轴角度信号、速度信号、转矩信号、离合器状态信号等进行实时高速采集、分析处理和显示。通过测试结果,可方便地完善系统对应部位。利用虚拟仪器开发平台Lab Windows/CVI的多线程机制设计测试软件,并给出了其在油门测试中的应用。测试结果表明,利用多线程技术能够更好地开发并行任务,加快系统的响应速度,提高执行效率。
In the performance test of the accelerator,angle signal of system shaft output,speed signal,torque signal,clutch state signal etc were required to be collected rapidly,analysed,processed and displayed. Through the test result,the system corresponding to the part can be easily improved. In this paper virtual instrument development platform,multithread technology of Lab Windows/CVI was used to design test software,and given performance test of the accelerator. The results of test prove that the multithread technology was more effective in developing parallel task than current techniques. By using multithread,the response and efficiency of the system can be greatly enhanced.
