摘要
详细介绍了基于嵌入式控制系统的连续式清洗生产线自动控制系统的硬件结构、系统配置、主要功能以及关键设备,重新整合设计了四级分布式结构和三层通信网络,简要叙述了自主研发的嵌入式多功能过程控制器核心架构。实践证明,该方案有效降低了系统建设和维护成本,提高了系统的稳定性和快速性。
This paper describes the automatic control system based on embedded system applied to the horizontal continuous pickling line and gives the system structure,hardware configuration,main functions and key parts. Four levels distributed structure and three levels communication networks were re-integrated,The author illustrates the core architecture of self-developed multifunctional process controller based on embedded microprocessor. Practice has proved that project efficiently reduce construction and maintenance costs.And improved the stability and responsibility of system.
