摘要
综合诊断将复杂装备的测试诊断问题作为整体来看待和解决,是测试诊断领域中的一种新思路和技术途径。在分析复杂装备特性及检测诊断技术和设备研究现状的基础上,提出了综合检测诊断系统的设计原理,分析了诊断流程、硬件组成和工作方式,重点论述了单体检测诊断装置和基于环境模拟检测诊断平台的设计思想及其实例应用。
Synthetic diagnosis is an innovative idea and technology in test and diagnosis field, which solves the test and diagnosis issue of complex equipment as a whole problem. By analyzing the characteristics of complex equipment and research status of detection and diagnosis technology and device, design principles of synthetic test and diagnosis system is proposed, and diagnostic process, hardware composition and working mode are analyzed. Finally, the design idea of the module detection and diagnosis device, as well as environment simulation based detection and diagnosis platform, are discussed.
