AC型剩余电流动作断路器电子组件测试系统

摘要 针对剩余电流动作断路器电子组件生产检测中存在的自动化程度低、检测效率不高和精度低等问题,研究了交流可调触发电流发生技术及控制算法,设计了以ARM微控制器为核心的硬件电路,主要包括交流可调触发电流发生器、标准剩余电流互感器、工装夹具与传动控制单元、人机界面等部分,同时给出了系统软件及控制算法的设计流程图。测试数据表明:样机输出的交流可调触发电流最大示值误差为0.4%,具有自动测试、合格判断、数据存储、历史查询、通信等功能,满足了用户需求。 Techniques and control algorithms of AC residual current generator are studied to improve the test accuracy, the detection efficiency and the level of automation in the testing session of electronic modules of residual current operated circuit-breaker. A hardware circuit system with ARM microprocessor as the control core is designed, including AC residual current generator, modules of standard residual current transformer, clamping fixture and control unit of automatic transmission, and man-machine interface. The diagrams of software and control algorithms are designed and illustrated in details. The results show that the maximum output current indication error of AC residual current generator in the system is 0.4%. In addition, the system has many functions such as automatic checkout, passing judgment, data storage, historical queries and communication, which can meet the needs of users.
