摘要
日本学前教育重视孩子自然的生活节奏,重视婴幼儿自由自在的嬉戏,就是十分重视婴幼儿的主体活动,尊重孩子的自主性。因此,保育工作要求教师需要具备丰富的专业知识和高超的专门技能,还需要以非常高的专业性来理解孩子,并帮助孩子增加体验更好地成长发育。这是日本学前教育工作对教师的专业性要求,也是学前教育教师培养工作的最高目标。因此,日本学前教育机构要求保育工作者要具备幼儿园教师资格和保育所保育士资格,同时应该具备高度的专业性,应该是保育工作的专家。
Japanese pre-school education attaches importance to children's natural rhythm of life and their unrestrained play, namely focusing on children's body activities as well as their autonomy. It needs abundant professional knowledge and superb skills to take care of children and help them to experience better growth. Thus, to be professional becomes the ultimate goal of pre-school teachers' cultivation. A teacher in kindergarten in Japan is required to have qualification certificates both for a teacher and a child care expert.
