摘要
职业素养是毕业生实现就业并胜任工作岗位的基本前提。岗位实训是提升贫困学生综合职业素养的主要途径。文章明确界定了职业素养的涵义,提出了开展贫困生职业素养校内岗位实训的四点建议。
Graduates'professional accomplishments are the basic premise for their employment and the qualifi-cation for a job.The post training is to enhance vocational college students'comprehensive quality of occupa-tion.This paper clearly defines the professional accomplishment,and puts forward four proposals to carry out the post training for poor students inside the vocational colleges.
