摘要 采用水热合成方法制备TiO2纳米棒阵列多孔膜,并且利用Ti Cl4水解法对其表面进行优化处理,进而提高染料敏化太阳能电池光电性能。利用SEM和XRD对多孔膜进行了分析和表征,研究表明:TiO2纳米棒阵列的排列整齐,分布均匀,组织致密;其结构为金红石型;Ti Cl4表面优化处理明显改善电池性能,其开路电压提高了46.9%。 The TiO2 nanorod arrays as light anode were prepared and analyzed by using hydrolytic method and was treated on surface by using TiCl4 to improve photoelectric properties of DSSCs. The characterization of light anode was measured by XRD and SEM. Results indicated that TiO2 nanorod arrays were compact, uniform distribution and arranged in order. The crystal structure of TiO2 nanorod is of rutile type. TiCl4surface optimized treatment significantly improved battery performance and the open-circuit voltage was increased by 46.9%.
