摘要
研究电动汽车用永磁直流无刷电机转子偏心故障的一种检测方法,基于母线电流在电机正常运转和发生故障时,子频带能量表现出的不同。利用小波包对故障和正常信号分解,提取出特征向量。并与BP神经网络进行松散型结合,来完成具体的故障检测。
Research was made for the detection method on rotor eccentric fault in permanent magnet brushless DC motor for electric vehicles, which was based on the bus current when the motor normal operation and failure, sub-band energy exhibit difference. And then by decomposing failures and normal signal, the eigenvectors are abstracted as well as combined with the BP neural network loosely, the specific fault detection is accomplished.
