对我国医院感染控制标准框架体系的探讨

在医疗和医院感染管理实践中对医院感染控制标准的需求日益增强。从2006年卫生部医院感染控制标准专业委员会成立到现在,已立项的医院感染控制标准有38项,已发布8项。现阶段,我国医院感染控制标准的制定、宣传贯彻和实施按照《卫生标准管理办法》的要求执行,已发布的标准对医院感染管理工作起到了促进作用。但目前,制定与实施医院感染控制标准仍然存在着循证证据不足,标准的范畴不明确,标准立项的规划性不强,贯彻标准的力度有待提高等问题。因此,我国亟需建立医院感染控制标准框架体系,从制度上和法律上保证医院感染控制标准的落实。

In the practice of medical and nosocomial infection management, the need for nosocomial infection control standards is increasing day by day. 38 nosocomial infection control standards have been approved and initiated and 8 released since the establishment of the Professional Committee of Nosocomial Infection Control Standards under the Ministry of Health in 2006 till now. At the present stage, the formulation, publicity, and implementation of nosocomial infection control standards of China are in accordance with the Management Measures for Health Standards, and standards having been released play a promoting role in nosocomial infection management. However, in terms of the formulation and implementation of nosocomial infection control standards, there are still problems such as inadequate evidence of evidence-based medicine, ambiguous standard category, poor planning for standard approval and initiation, and weak implementation strength needing to be enhanced. As a result, it is an urgent need to set up a framework system for nosocomial infection control standards in China in order to institutionally and legally guarantee the implementation of such standards.
