Basic connotation and implementation strategy of nosocomial infection management quality control

探讨医院感染管理质量控制的基本内涵、基本要求和实施策略。从界定医院感染管理质量控制定义及阐述医院感染管理质量控制发挥的作用和意义,论述医院感染管理质量控制的基本内涵;从医院感染管理质量控制的重要因素及质量控制过程,论述医院感染管理质量控制的基本要求;从医院感染管理质量控制的策略选择、制定和实施进行医院感染管理质量控制的策略分析。医院感染管理质量控制是为保证医院感染管理满足标准或者预设目标要求,而对其施加的干预和影响的总和。可供选择的医院感染管理质量控制策略主要有两种:一种是基于流程管理的质量控制模式;另一种是基于系统论原理的要素管理质量控制模式。现阶段我国医院感染管理质量控制的主体策略宜优先选择要素管理的质量控制模式。

In the paper, the basic connotation, requirements, and implementation strategy of nosocomial infection managementquality control are discussed. The basic connotation of nosocomial infection management quality control is discussed by giving adefinition to it and elaborating its effect and significance; the basic requirements of nosocomial infection management quality controlare expounded aiming at its important factors and quality control process; and the strategies of nosocomial infection managementquality control are analyzed from aspects of strategy’s selection, formulation, and implementation. Nosocomial infection managementquality control is the aggregation of interventions and impacts imposed on nosocomial infection management in order to make it meetstandards or preset objectives. There are mainly two kinds of strategies available for nosocomial infection management quality controlone is the model of quality control based on process management and the other is the model of element-management quality controlbased on the principle of system theory. At the present stage, it is appropriate to give priority to the model of element-managementquality control as the main strategy for nosocomial infection management quality control in China.
