何谓中国社会主义新文化观?"新"就新在它既不同于旧中国的封建主义文化观,也不同于原苏联、东欧等社会主义国家的文化观,更不同于西方资本主义国家的文化观,它有着全新的精神面貌、全新的精神内核和全新的实践体系。中国社会主义新文化观,是在中国近代资本主义主流文化、社会主义先进文化、东方传统主义文化这三种文化的并存与竞争的大背景之下脱颖而出的,它一经产生,就显现出了无穷的生命力,使之不仅仅是一种新的文化观念与形态,而且导演出了波澜壮阔的现实的社会主义运动,成为中华民族伟大复兴道路上指引前进方向的一面旗帜。中国社会主义新文化观研究采用历史的、叙述的和实践的三维方法,它以历史的感染力对"中国社会主义新文化观"的形成和发展进行研究,以逻辑的穿透力对"中国社会主义新文化观"的理论体系进行叙述,以实践的创造力对构建"中国社会主义新文化观"的实践体系进行探讨。从文化观的视角,也可以把马克思主义的全部学说归结为马克思主义的文化观,中国社会主义新文化观以此为理论基础,即以马克思主义的文化观为思想统领,并转化为具有中国风格和中国气魄的新文化观,它以实事求是、解放思想、先进文化为重大理论原则。

What is China's new socialist cultural outlook?
